Conflict Resolution - Level 2

Duration:
5 Days
Prerequisite:

Conflict Resolution - Level 1

Conflict.  It’s part of our personal lives and part of our working lives.  Conflict is normal, natural, and in many cases, necessary for change.  Although it may not always feel like it, conflict can be a resource for us.  It can bring about positive change in individuals, the workplace and the union itself.   But most of us could use more skills.

This advanced Conflict Resolution course is designed to deepen our understanding of conflict and the roles each party plays in that conflict.  This course will help the participant to sharpen effective communication skills and develop confidence in analyzing your own conflicts and working through conflict either as a coach or third party neutral.
