En tant que syndicat, il nous incombe de nous unir pour lutter contre la transphobie et la haine. 

Les droits des personnes trans font à nouveau l’objet d’attaques alors qu’une nouvelle vague de manifestations anti-trans surgit dans tout le pays et que les écoles suppriment, ou sont contraintes de supprimer, des politiques et des enseignements importants liés à l’orientation sexuelle et à l’identité de genre dans leurs programmes.

Ensemble, nous allons montrer aux personnes queer et trans que les membres d’Unifor les soutiennent et que les syndicalistes défendront toujours leurs droits.

Unifor est fier de se joindre à une nouvelle vague de contre-manifestations anti-trans prévues pour le vendredi 20 septembre 2024, sous la bannière « 1 Million March for Children » (un million de personnes manifestent pour les enfants)..
