Unifor's constitution and policies are shaped through democratic processes, with decision-making bodies that reflect the collective voice and interests of our members.

The Procedure Policy on Constitutional Matters is a supplement to the Unifor Constitution that determines time limits and procedural requirements to govern the implementation of Article 18 of the Unifor Constitution.
